I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Azusa Pacific University. I began tutoring grade school and middle school students in math when I was still in high school, and by college, I was tutoring other undergrads in College Algebra. I have extensive experience tutoring Algebra I, Algebra 2, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistics. I like watching my students challenge themselves to make the small steps that lead to their success, and I'm encouraging them and cheering them on along the way. I look forward to working with you or your students in the basic or higher-level math classes, including AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, or Algebra 3 and 4. Besides math, I can help your student prepare for ACT Reading, ACT English, or other standardized testing. I'm comfortable teaching students from elementary school through college. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy all types of music and playing the guitar. I love athletics and any type of sports, and I especially like to play soccer. I've competed in marathons and triathlons, and enjoy fitness, hiking, camping, and whitewater rafting.
