What I've Done: Working toward my advanced degree in marketing I took many high level writing courses for business. In high school I was in the Advanced Placement English courses, and generally I have a love for both reading and writing. Why Me?: Every kid deserves a chance to succeed and fundamental to any success in this economy is reading and writing. I enjoy watching students "get it". When the subject "clicks" for them they start to share my love and reading and writing (or at least enjoy it a little more).

Hobbies
Music is a large part of my life. I live with musicians and produce music myself. I have even worked in the music industry helping to promote artists and their work in Los Angeles, CA. Sports have also been a part of my life, especially basketball. I'm a HUGE Lakers fan. I enjoy playing as well. Lastly, I like to learn about "techie" things. Before the end of 2015 I'd like to build my own computer and set it up with a Linux based operating system. So, my interests are varied. Whether it's current events, computers, or the makings of a great sports team there are plenty of subjects I connect with my students on.
