| Experience: | I'm getting my MA in Teaching English as a Second Language at Azusa Pacific University. My BA was in History with a minor in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University in Oregon. I taught children's classes at my church in Washington during the summer time while in college. I worked as a counselor at my church's summer camp for 4 summers. I lived in Lebanon for 5 months and taught my Arabic roommate English while I lived with him. I was a youth basketball coach for 2 years and a referee for 1 year.
I feel that I can relate to people well and can explain things in an easy to understand way. I'm going to school to be a teacher and being a tutor is the closest thing to being a teacher. |
